The NVFCA is a part of the Interboro Mutual Aid Group, with primary responsibility for conducting a parade each year to commemorate Fire Prevention Week in October. The NVFCA also promotes awareness of the hazards of fire, and encourages fire safety and prevention in the home and workplace throughout the Northern Valley in Bergen County, NJ.
